Okay i'm just gonna throw this out here, 
proposed that i should try out the palette challange!
I apparently chosed the most sexiest palette there is. I really have noooooooo idea if this is yey Amazing or ney wtf . So i'll let you guys be the judges of that haha!
Anyways, my fingers has been itching to draw Sera so voila! Although the struggle with making Archers .. wow. It'll be a while Before i'll retry that
I wanted to crop out the bow soo many times but it would just look weird(er) .

You chose a really difficult one, love that you left the sharp green outlining her face. Now go all the way, use the red (which you have started with) to outline her hair and add a bit of the brightest green for highlight. Use the same green for her eyes, make them shine, you can do it. And what are the fuzzy blobs around her chest area? stay with the dark, use a brighter color for accent and finish it! The bow is fine, great in fact. fantastic job for a first attempt
